What is HomeFlicks?
Homeflicks is a service that enhances real estate listings by primarily offering 360° virtual tours and social media advertising. We plan to add professional photography, drone footage, marketing design, etc. down the road.
How long will it take for a 3D Tour to be uploaded for my listing?
Once we schedule a capture date, we'll keep you updated throughout the process and inform you if any parts of the property need to be re-captured. Typically, you can expect the final product to be ready and uploaded within 7-10 business days.
When is payment due?
A $50 deposit will be requested prior to the property visit. Then full payment is required to the 3D tour and additional services being posted online to your Zillow listing. All services are fine and non-refundable.
Do you offer any discounts for multiple listings?
Yes, we offer discounts for clients with 5 or more listings. Please contact us for more details.
How should I prepare my property for the 3D tour?
Please ensure the property is clean and tidy, with all rooms accessible. Remove any personal items you don't want to appear in the tour. We can provide a more detailed checklist upon booking. Clients will be subject to a $50 fee if the space is not ready at the time of the scheduled appointment.
What equipment do you use for 3D tours?
We currently use Asteroom's technology, which includes a fisheye lens and a tripod with a rotating mechanism, to capture high-quality 3D tours through their app. Asteroom is a reputable company that specializes in virtual tour technology, allowing us to deliver detailed and immersive experiences for your property listings.
In the future, we plan to upgrade to Matterport, a leading provider of 3D capture technology, to further enhance the quality and features of our virtual tours.
